Well, hello.  I maintained.  And I totally deserved it.  I’ve been really snacky all week.  I’ve felt kinda low.  And I didn’t exercise much.  My scale at home says I lost about a pound, but the WW scale says otherwise.  Since I’m paying them, we’ll go with their number.  Besides, it doesn’t do me any good to wax on and on about real losses and differences in the scales, blah, blah, blah.  Would that get me any farther?  Would I feel better?  No.  So not gonna do it.

I was meeting SIL today for a brunch or lunch and had NO idea when it would be, so since I didn’t make my 10%, I didn’t stay for the WW meeting and went home to shower and get ready.  I did and was waiting on her call when I get a text from Chris saying SIL’s having a problem getting through to me, so I should call her.  Turns out Republic Wireless doesn’t want me to talk to her because it wouldn’t let me call her either.  I hate my effing phone.  So, we had to go through Chris to coordinate and ended up meeting at J. Christopher’s near the mall for brunch.  It was yum and we had a good time talking.

Afterwards, I went to the mall.  People, you should not let me near Crazy 8s.  I just love that store and their deals are so good!  I got Em two skorts with matching tees, a pair of super cute khaki shorts with embroidered daisies all over them with a matching tee, a pair of cute shoes that match a dress I got her there, and two winter-y dresses.  One of the dresses is Christmas-y, but she can wear it next year.  The other is probably too large, but it was only $8 and she’ll grow into it.  I also stopped by Torrid and got a pair of jeans.  They finally had some that were only a little long and actually fit.  Oh, and weren’t skinny jeans.  What’s the deal with that anyway.  Fine if you wanna show off your plus size body and all, but the fact is that at least 90% of the population doesn’t want to see it and 90% of the plus size girls don’t wanna show it off, so why are there almost all skinny jeans at the plus size store?  I don’t get it.

I’m back at home now where I’m doing laundry and some vacuuming.  I have such an exciting life, huh?  I think Em wants a play date this afternoon, but one of her best friends isn’t allowed because of some school stuff, so it will probably just be her and one friend.  The noise level should be much better that way. 🙂
